overall personality , Aaron is nice guy overall that tends to keep his emotions hidden from the world and covers it up with his over confident attitude and ability to woo just about anyone that is attracted to guys (he did woo a straight guy once, but he ended up turning gay). Although he comes from a family of money, his parents don't care about him much and only send him so much a month, which he uses to pay off the authority. history , Aaron was born by accident in Manhattan NY, NY. His parents considered adoption but they didn't want it to turn into a scandal so his father formally announced it to the world. Growing up was lonely for Aaron, he went to a private school in NY. Although he got anything he asked for, he always felt that something was missing.
When he was in middle school, he was forgotten by his parents. They pushed him aside when he decided that he wanted to go into music not business. His father had already reached close to the top of the business and wanted Aaron to follow him, but he didn't. At this time, Aaron went to private school on Long Island and occasionally spent the night at others houses in the area to not go home.
In 8th Grade, he joined the selective singers, he also played the guitar and was learning the drums. He was going on to do a solo at the end of the year concert. It was going to perform in Central Park and he knew it was going to be big. A few nights before, Aaron's coach had him at his house to practice for the performance. The coach had no intentions of practicing when he started to touch Aaron, telling him that it was okay and it is normal to experiment at that age. Aaron was scared but cooperated. Once the Coach started ordering Aaron around, he started to cry and ended up escaping. He still performed and got a standing ovation for his performance. He spent 9th Grade at a public High School, breaking the rules and lashing out, It was at the end of 9th grade when Knox Academy recruited him. He joined forging his parents consent since they didn't care.

Mason was sitting at his cubicle desk in the NCIS HQ dealing with some paperwork. His job was to finalize and submit all the cases that NCIS deals with, although there was a team of people. He was also beginning to wish he was back at Google, they were nice, awesome people; plus he had his own office, attended tuxedo dinners with the leadership, and people respected him for his status. It was different at NCIS, you were just another gear that made the machine work, you weren’t respected, hell most people didn’t even know the job existed. What the hell did Mason think, that he would be in a big office, helping a team or teams of agents catch criminals but staying safe in the building. Did he think that he could carry a gun and badge, and interrogate people. That was about to change.
The Director approached his desk/cubicle with a folder. It was normal for people to drop folders off but not the director. When Mason saw her approach he immediately stood up, “Director Sheppard, its an honor.” The director smiled, “Mason would come to my office with me.” She sat the folder down on desk and turned away. Mason wasn’t sure what was going on, am I being fired he thought. When they got to the Director’s office Mason stood while the Director took a seat, “ Sit down please,” the director said. Mason complied. The Director began to talk, “ SecNAV and I have been discussing a new position for the Major Case Response Team. You will still be Case Manager but for MCRT only, and with the less amount of paperwork, I will also make you an Agent. Now I know you don’t want to work in the field but you could help them if you please. You will have you own office at the top of stairs, where the MTAC Coordinator was, he moved to another room. You start immediatly, with a pay raise also. Do you accept?” Mason was in awe and shock at the same time, My dream he thought, “I accept with honor, Thank You Director.” Mason wasn’t sure what to do, then the director said, “You may go gather your things, the office is set up and you’ll need this,” the director handed Mason a door tag with the inscription, Case Manager/Special Agent Mason Willow.
